  6. 1.We can use the scientific process in our everyday lives by asking questions like which mall is better? or which resteruant is cleaner? Which are questions that can easily be solved by research that will take only a good 2 minuets.
2.The approaches to learning that best relate to this is health and social education the most because your researching and communicating about what you research with other people.

  7. The scientific process can be used in everyday life by it just simply doing this around your house not always in school.I say this because you ask questions about everything.
This topic can be related to the area of interaction or the APPROACHES TO LEARNING because by it being problem solving related..also because you always have to use your thinking skills when doing anything. There are method and steps to answer any questions we have.

  8. The Scientific method can be used in everyday life in a lot of ways. Examples are asking questions in daily life, testing a new idea, or drawing conclusions on a situation. The Scientific method can relate to the area of interaction: Approaches to Learning by it shows how to communicate different things, its a different way a learning, and its shows the different things you know.

  9. 1)The scientific method can be used in every life. You can ask yourself a question and follow steps in your mind. You can observe what you are questioning, and soon will get your answer.
2)This topic can be related to the are of interaction, Approaches to Learning because because you are learning to use a method you are using daily, and sometimes unknowingly. I know that the scientific method began with a specific question. For example; How do fertilizers affect sawgrass? Then you would continue to do a procedure and begin observing sawgrass in your local neighborhood or having an experiment of your own. I would communicate what I learned through tables or graphs.

  10. the scientific method can be used by everyone at any time. Some times you must ask yourself questions and test out your ideas to understand something better. I could say that i dont under stand how ice melts when left on a surface. It would be easy to use the scientific method and form a hypothesis, record analysis, and make experiments to solve a problem. i think the scientific method is like approaches to learning because we ask ourself's "what do i know" and "how do i communicate what i know" in the process.

  16. The scientific process is used in daily life all the time. For example:

    1.Answering questions
    2.Science Fair projects
    3.Using computers/pheripals
4.Talking, speaking, chatting, texting, confering, ect.
    5.Using the internet
    6.Playing strategic games
    7.Blogging
    8.Problem Solving
    ect.

Whenever you do one of the above activities, you do kind of a complete of simplified version of the scientific method.

  18. 1. The scientific method can be used in everyday life when you're doing something like asking questions. It is basically a way to organize all of the data given and test it out according to the subject the data is directed to (science). So we use the scientific method everyday in every subject (class related or not) to organize data that is given to us. In science though, we have to observe more than anything to reach a conclusion.
2.This can be related to the area of interaction, Approaches to Learning, because it helps us develop skills and strategies that we need later in life.

  19. 1) the scientifc method can and is being used in our everyday lives. We use the scientific method to create expeiments only not in a way that any of us have probably really noticed. Like 'Which McDonald's has the best costumer service?' or 'What restaurant ice cream do people prefer?'
    2) This can be related to Aproaches To Learning in that by doing this we develope independent thought processes and strategies.

  22. WE USE THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD IN OUR EVERYDAY LIFE EVEN THOUGH WE DON'T REALIZE IT LIKE WHEN WE MAKE DECISIONS BEFORE YOU CAN MAKE THAT DECISION YOU MUST FIRST ANALYZE AND MAKE OBSERVATION,LIKE WHEN YOU DO AN EXPERIMENT WITH THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD. THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD IS RELATED TO THE APPROACHES TO LEARNING BECAUSE I ALLOWS YOU TO FIND HOW YOU LEARN BEST AND HOW YOU DO IN CERTAIN LEARNING SITUATIONS.

  27. The scientific method can be used in everyday life by helping to solve any problems or test experiments you need. By finding the problem and the hypothesis, you can ready yourself for the observations you will need to make in order to find the answer to your question. The scientific method is another way to deal with a problem you are having.
The scientific method can be related to Approaches to learning. It is related because when you're trying to answer a question, you have to take responsibility in what your are doing. If you don't pay attention to what is going on and don't really care that everything gets done yet, your question might not be answered correctly because you just put anything together.

  39. I think that we can use- and we do use the scientific method every day without knowing. Every day we go to school and something grabs our curiosity... "Hmmmm." We think, "Does that happen often, Why is it happening?" QUESTIONS! The first step of the scientific method- IN ACTION WITHOUT OUR EVEN KNOWING. Eventually, we find a way to answer that question that has been nagging at us. We asked a question, thought about it, did a little bit of digging, and got our answer (drawing a conclusion). Let me give you a scenario. Every day after school, I see a little group of leaves twisting round and round. I think "Wow, it's like a mini tornado. Is it caused the same way?" I realize its not every day, but only some when there is a breeze. I think that the scientific method relates to "Approaches to learning" because your learning something... yep.

  41. 1)The scientific method can be used in everyday life by just asking questions daily about certain topics like which object is beter or which object would last longer if you put it out in the sun or in the freezer just little things like that. Then you would do (research) and (analyze) your topic daily.
2)It can be related to Approaches to learning because while weare using the scientific method we have to think and use our environment as part of our research.

  45. We can use the scientific method in everyday life as a simply "What makes this table creak?". You can just guess what it is an then that's your hypothesis. You shake the table and look under the table and as you push the table it creaks and as it creaks it shows a lose bolt and when you fix the bolt it stop shaking and the creaking stops completely which is that is your data and.The conclusion is the table was creaking because of a loose bolt. That is one of the many example to what the things you do in everyday life and apply it to APPOROACHES TO LEARNING by students going through the process with the teachers.

  47. We use the scientific method everyday when we need to solve a problem or to test something. The scientific method relates to approaches to learning because by using the scientific method you are using a new way to learn about a topic, and its also a new way of thinking. If someone wants to figure out which lipgloss lasts longest and looks the best on them they must first ask a question, make a hypothesis, test, make observations, and draw conclusions to figure out which lipgloss is best for them.

  48. The Scientific Method is used in our daily lifes almost everyday. The specific part of the scientific method that is used is Inquiry. This is used so much becuase it is very hard to go a day without trying to find out any information on a subject. This relates to our Areas of Interaction because we ask questons to find answers on subjects.

  49. The scientific Method can be used in our everyday life in many different ways, for example when we ask questions. When we answer certain questions there's a process to go through in order to answer the question. The scientifis process has 4 steps
    1.)ask a question
    2.)Make a guess (hypothesis)
    3.)Perform tests or expperiments
4.)State your conclusion or your anwer
Ok so it's a typical day im in class and we have to anwer a question we'll have to go throught this processs.
1.)The teacher will give us the question
    2.)I'll make a guess
    3.)I'll work out the problem
4.)finally I would arrive to my answer.
The scientific process can be related to approaches to learning, and community and social. It's related to approaches to learning based on the example I gave. Also it relates to community and social by, lets say a person asks you an opinion on something or a certain amount of money you would go through this process to answer their question. If they ask you do you have change for a dollar? First they'll give you the question. Secondly you'll have to think about it before anwering and finaly come up with an answer. The scientific process can really help us in our everyday lifes.

1)The scientific method is used by people all around the world even if they don't know it. This method can be found in simple everyday questions such as "why is my bag so heavy". It stared with just a question and then the person starts making guesses, and asking others, and then drawing conclusions. This could be helpful in every day life and people should use it more often.
2)This can relate to Approaches to Learning because we ask questions and research things everyday.

  51. 1.The scientific method is used subconsciously by non-scientist on a daily basis, for tasks such as cooking. Applying the scientific method to these non-scientific situations and help in major decisions. For example,a health related decisions like trying to figure out which arthritis pills would decrease the pain most.
1)Ask a question. "Which decreases my pain more,Tylenol or Advil?"
2)Construct your hypothesis. "If I try both Tylenol and Advil Arthritis pills, then Tylenol will decrease my pain slightly more than Advil, because there is a guarantee on the back of the box."
    3)Perform the experiment
4)Analyze Data and draw a conclusion "Advil decreased my pain more which is the opposite of my hypothesis."
The person used in this experiment later died of a drug overdose with Advil.:(
2.It is related to the Approaches of learning because we ask and ponder questions on a daily basis.

  52. 1)We use scientific method everyday without knowing what we are doing. Is like sloving any question we don't know and trying to find out the answer, like this one right here: which one grows fastest, the plant in soil or the plant in sand?

2)This is related to the approches to learning by certain ways: like answering the problem or by researching the problem.

  53. You can use the scientific method everyday in mutliple forms even though you might not realize it. You can use it when you are doing your homework,or just trying so see how an car accident happened, and baiscally trying to solve everyday problems you deal with. For example, How long will it take me to finish my homework? Then you would predict, if I do my homework at this pace then I would be finished in this amount of time. Afterwards, you will test it by attempting to do your homework at the selected pace. Then, draw your conclusion whether your hypothesis was right or wrong.

This relates to the area of interaction,Approaches to Learning, by in similarity how you are baiscally solving a problem whith the scientific method, with Approaches to Learning you are still trying to solve a problem which is how can you do well in school. For example, you still have a question to answer which was How can I do well in school?, and then from there on you would be repeating the scientific method in this way:

1.Question: How can I do well in school?

2.Hypothesis: If I study hard then I will be able to succeed and do very well in school because I had alot of information

3.Test: I will study for a test that I have failed and see if I will get a better grade since I Studied

4.Conclusion: My hypothesis was right, because I studied I recieved a better job.

  54. The scientific method is used in everyday life in so many ways. Humans have a natural curiousity about everything. We ask so many questions like 'What happen to her' or ' Why is my life like this' The scientific method was a certain order: Ask a question, Make a hypothesis, Test the hypothesis and come up with a conclusion.
    1. Question: How do I pass the soccer ball to other players?
    2. Hypothesis: If I kick the ball with a certain speed then the ball will go where I want it because I practice what speed I should use to pass it to my teammates.
    3. Test: I practice with my teammates and by myself to see what speed I should use to pass the ball.
    4. Conclusion:I pass the ball suceessfully to by teammates and we make a goal.

  77. 1. The scientific process is used a lot everyday. For example, you might be thinking of how a certain thing works better than another thing. The steps are to ask a question "How is X better than Y?" then hypothesize "If I test X and Y, then X will be better, because", then come up with the procedures, then conclude.
    2. It relates to the Approaches of Learning by asking questions.

  79. 1. In everyday life we are surrounded by objects of great mystique and some of them even intrigue us. When ask ourselves how something works or how an event occurs and the steps of which are taken to come to that result we are using the basics of the scientific method. And what about when you leave a chocolate bar out in the sun and predict that it will melt? That is hypothesizing. And when you come back and say "DANG!!! It must've melted because i left it out in the sun." That my friends is drawing a conclusion so you have just basicly created the simplest lab... in your head!
    2. Every time we are confused about something or wonder how something works most of the time we will ask others or ourselves how that occurs. Thus, taking an approach to learning.

    1.they observe
    2.they form a hypothesis
    3.they form an experiment
4.they conclude and record their results
This can relate to Approaches to Learning by answering our question and learning something new everyday.

  83. Scientific methods can be used in everyday life just like scientists find out some cure for a disease just by thinking of what we do in the everyday life. Things can happen by mistake then turn out to be a experiment because you want to find out the cause and effect situation to find the answer to you little experiment. They also make you learn more about what science can do for you to find these type of reasons just by hearing, seeing, and doing. We can also relate this this to "approaching to learning" because we find simple things to experiment about from not even thinking about what happens to the everyday life. Its easy to make a scientific method out of anything once you find a problem in a situation you want to solve.

  84. The scientific method can be used in everyday life by people just being curious and want to find the answers to their problems.
    You:
    observe
    ask questions
    form a hypothesis
    conduct an experiment
    analyze your data
Example-(question)does your hand burn when you touch a hot light bulb?
(hypothesis)If i put my hand onto a hot light bulb then my hand will burn, because my hand came in contact with the hot light bulb, since my hand was cool before.(conduction occurs)
The Scientific method can be related to the area of interaction "Approaches to Learning" because it expands your learning skills and in some cases, your imagination.

  85. Scientific methods can be used in everyday life just like people wanting to find out the reason why something occurs like why does ice cream melt in such little time. Teachers also help you to learn about how science helps not only the environment but also yourself and others, science betters or improves electronics or everyday objects such as Cell phones, television, computer, and many other. It can be related to approaches to learning by teaching you something new
